Edit Option on Catalog Item
As every organization is dynamic and has their unique processes, we want to ensure you have the flexibility you need. Now, when editing service catalog items, the administrator can select to enable or turn off inline editing. This allows you to make changes that are not necessarily immediately available to your employees.

Dynamic Rules for Custom Forms
To help streamline your work, we have enhanced the ability to show custom forms based on dynamic rules. When an agent needs to collect data, the goal is to be proactive and time efficient.
Until today, each custom form included the definition of the category & sub-category it is intended for. Now, forms are a standalone group of fields. The dynamic form rules define when a form appears to obtain additional information and minimize back-and-forth correspondence that can waste valuable time.
Automation Rule to Create Record
As we continue to automate process throughout your SWSD, you can now automatically create incidents and changes based on specific predefined trigger events.
